Day 2 - The Lake District near Ambleside, Windemere, Kendal.
This plant is called "Docking" and is a natural remedy for nettle stings. The leaf is easily idenfied by its redish color. Bill our Walk Leader told us about this and how to take care of any nettle brushes.
We begin by pulling off a Docking leaf. Fortunately Docking is commonly found in the vicinity of nettle plants.
