Day 2 - The Lake District near Ambleside, Windemere, Kendal.
Following lunch we walked from Troutbeck on to Crook. Dave met us in the van for a break. Before we set out again John, Karin, Stevie and Diane decided to push this wall up the mountain. They did not succeed but it did provide some excellent hamstring stretching before the walk resumed.
