After dinner on our third evening, Karen was surprised by a special dessert for her birthday. Antonia, our walk manager, arranged for the dessert and presented a birthday card signed by everyone in the group. This kind touch was a complete surprise, and an example of how thoughtful Antonia and Alan were.
