SPRING FORM PAN
Mamma's Cheese Cake is light and almost fluffy. Not as dense as store bought cheese cake, you might just want and extra slice!

Serves: 12 but may be cut into 8 larger slices.

Keeps well in refrigerator for up to a week.

Somewhat fragile and requring refrigeration, so it does not travel well for the lunch box.

INGREDIENTS CHEESE CAKE
Ingredients:
1pound of cream cheese
1 cup sugar
5 eggs, separated
1 pint sour cream
1 teaspooon vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Crust:
1 & 1/4 cups Keebler graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoons sugar
1/3 cup soft baking butter
